水稻耐寒变异株系的耐寒性鉴定

摘要:
用叶绿素荧光测定法(CFA)对耐寒筛选中获得的10个水稻再生株系及其2个原品种进行光合效率测定,结果表明10个再生株系及其两个原品种在4℃条件下的光合效率均低于25℃条件下的光合效率;同在4℃条件下,10个再生株系的光合效率优于它们的两个原品种的光合效率。

Abstract:
With the help of identification of the photosynthetic efficiency of ten selected hardy rice strains and their two original varieties, it was showed that these ten rice strains and their two original varieties had lower photosynthetic efficiency under 4℃ than under 25℃, and that under 4℃ the ten selected hardy rice strains had better photosynthetic efficiency than their two original varieties.
