细胞间粘附分子-1测定在肝细胞肝癌诊治中的意义

摘要:

近年关于细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)与肝细胞肝癌(HCC)的研究表明,80%~96% HCC组织中ICAM-1的表达呈阳性,而血清中ICAM-1与组织ICAM-1的表达吻合率为87%;体外实验证实血清ICAM-1来源于肿瘤细胞表面脱落的ICAM-1;由于血清ICAM-1来源及结构的特点,可干扰机体免疫系统对肿瘤的监控,使病情迅速发展;临床上观察到血清ICAM-1水平与HCC病情的恶化程度成正比。上述研究结果提示:测定血清I-CAM-1水平,有可能成为HCC早期诊断的血清标记物;血清ICAM-1水平可作为HCC预后和疗效判断的指标,对提高HCC诊治水平具有重要意义。

Abstract:

The studies on the relationship between intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) have recently been shown that expression of ICAM-1 was positive in 80% to 96% HCC cell surface. The indentical expression rate of surface and serum ICAM-1 in HCC was 87%;the study in ex-vivo domanstrated that serum ICAM-1 was sheded from the HCC tumor itself.We concluded the followings:measurment of serum levels of ICAM-1 may be a useful serum marker for early diagnosing HCC; the changes of serum ICAM-1 level may be a valuable indicator for predicting prognosis and mornitoring clinical course of patients with HCC,which are of great significance in improving the results of diagnosing and treating HCC.
