笼养白头叶猴食物能量代谢的研究

摘要:
1996年1月~12月对饲养在广西扶绥珍贵动物保护站内的白头叶猴进行了食物能量代谢的研究。笼养白头叶猴在夏季雄猴能从食物中获得3622.42±132.97kJ能量,从排便和排尿中损失1001.11kJ能量,获得净能量2599.37kJ;雌猴每天能从食物中获得3145.42±172.2kJ能量,从粪便和尿中损失914.18kJ能量,获得净能量2231.27kJ。在冬季雄猴能从食物中获得5130.67±148.0kJ能量,从排便和排尿中损失1006.25kJ能量,获得的净能量4121.46kJ;雌猴从食物中获得4805.40±207.97kJ能量,从排便,排尿中损失746.84kJ能量,每天净获得能量4058.52kJ。笼养白头叶猴平均每天每只摄入200g~258g干重物质,相当于体重的3%的重量。白头叶猴的消化能为3357.48kJ,食物消化率为80.4%,尿能损失98.85kJ,能量代谢率为97.05%。

Energy Metabolism of White-headed Langur in Cage

Abstract:
Energy metabolism of white-headed langur in cage was measured from Jan. to Dec. 1996 in Fusui Rare Animal Protection Station, Fusui county,Guangxi. In summer,the male could gain 3622.42±132.97 kJ from food intake, while lost 1001.11 kJ through faeces and urine, and earned 2599.37 kJ net energy per day; the female earned 2231.27 kJ net energy from daily food intake. In winter, the male had 4121.46 kJ net energy with 5130.67±148.0 kJ gained and 1006.25 kJ lost, while the female had net energy of 4058.52 kJ with gained 4805.40±207.97 kJ and lost 746.84 kJ. White-headed langur in took dry food averaged 200 g~258 g per day which was about 3% of body weight, its digestible energy is 3357.48 kJ,with 80.4% food digestibility, 98.85 kJ energy lost from urine and 97.05% of energy metabolic rate.
