取生长一致的菠菜第3、4叶片置于10-3 mol/LNiSO4中,28℃暗处理48h,然后测定各项生理指标。结果表明:镍阻抑了叶片在衰老过程中超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性的下降和抗坏血酸(ASA)氧化酶活性的上升,ASA、蛋白质和叶绿素含量的下降得到延缓,降低了膜脂过氧化程度,从而延缓了菠菜叶片的衰老。 |

Abstract: |
The isolated leaves of Spinacia oleracea were treated with 10-3 mol/L NiSO4 at temperature 28℃,48 h, in the dark. The results indicated that the decrease of activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the increase of activity of ascorbic acid oxidase could be inhibited by nickel, while the decreace of contents of ascorbic acid and protein and chlorphyll could also be delayed. Nickel alleviated the level of membrane lipid peroxidation significantly, therefore, it is concluded that nickel could indeed delay the senescence of the isolated leaves of Spinacia oleracea. |
