用HZSM-5(38)、Mo/HZSM-5(38)、Fe/HZSM-5(38)分子筛催化合成乳酸异戊酯。以Mo/HZSM-5(38)分子筛的催化性能最好。当Mo/HZSM-5(38)分子筛催化剂用量为1g/mol乳酸,乳酸与异戊醇的摩尔比为1:1.2,控制反应温度为150℃时,乳酸异戊酯的产率可达93.8%。催化剂可以回收连续多次使用,在6h内产率仍可保持在93%左右。 |

Abstract: |
Isopentyl Lactate was catalytic synthesized over HZSM-5(38)、Mo/HZSM-5(38)、Fe/HZSM-5(38) zeolites. The Mo/HZSM-5(38) zeolite had the best catalytic performance.The isopentyl lactate had the yield of 93.8% when amount of Mo/HZSM-5(38) zeolite was 1 g/mol·Lactic acid,acid/alcohol molar ratio of reactant was 1:1.2 and reaction temperature was 150℃.The catalyst is reclaimable and utilizable repeatedly,the yield of the isopentyl lactate could maintain 93% within 6 hours over the reclaimed catalst. |
