北海市污水排海管海底敷设浅谈

摘要:
在北海市红坎污水处理厂海洋放流管工程中,考虑到基本的水文、地形条件和排放口的合理布局及污水处理程度等因素,在确保北海近岸各水域功能的水质指标保持在一定范围内的基础上,将管长由原设计的912.8 m缩短为755 m,扩散器也由原来的47根竖管改为38根,管径由2200mm缩小为1800mm,管壁厚度由22mm缩小为16mm。施工方案从顶管法改为整体吊装沉管法。

Abstract:
In the performance of the project of deep-sea sewage discharge pipeline of Beihai Sewage Treatment Plant,considering the terrain and hydrologic data of the city,rational arrangement of vertical discharge pipe and the treatment degree of sewage,and the quality index of waters along the coast of Beihai being kept within a certain range etc., the length of the pipeline was shorted from the original 912.8 meters to 755 meters, the amount of discharge pipes was cut down from 47 to 38,the caliber was narrowed from 2200 mm to 1800 mm,the thickness was thinned from 22 mm to 16 mm,the construction method was altered from pipe pushing method to integral hoisting.
