金蝶清咽含片的抗炎和镇痛作用

摘要:

选取昆明种小鼠或者Wistar大鼠分别进行金蝶清咽含片对蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿胀,对巴豆油引起的小鼠耳壳肿胀,对角叉菜胶引起大鼠胸腔白细胞游走,对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的抗炎实验,用扭体法和热板法分别对昆明种小鼠进行镇痛实验。结果表明,金蝶清咽含片对蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿胀、巴豆油所致小鼠耳壳肿胀和角叉菜胶所致大鼠胸腔白细胞游走有明显的抑制作用,并能明显减少醋酸性扭体反应和提高小鼠的痛阈值,但对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的增生没有明显的抑制作用。金蝶清咽含片具有较好的抗炎作用和镇痛作用。

Abstract:

We select Kunming mouse or Wistar rat difference to proceed experiments:Jindieqingyan tablet influence for albumen causing inflammation in rat's foot,the extender of croton oil in mouse's ears and carrageenin causing rove around in chest rat's WBC,cotton ball causing sollen in belly rat's cavity,the experiment of relieve pain in Kunming mouse through the method of twist and hot plank.Results:Jindieqingyan tablet for sucking had obvious inhibitory effect through albumen,the extender of croton oil and carrageenin causing inflammation in rat.It could reduce the writhing response and raise the feeling threshold value of pain in rats.Jindieqingyan tablet for sucking has good pharmacological effects on anti-inflammation and analgesia,but obviously have no effect in restraint of function for cotton ball causing sollen in belly rat's cavity.
