| Four circulant graphs of general order are constructed, so four new lower bounds of classical Ramsey numbers R (3, q) are obtained as R (3, 24) ≥ 141, R (3, 25) ≥ 146, R (3, 26) ≥ 151, R (3, 27) ≥ 159. |
