采用反相高效液相色谱法,以Reliasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-水-三乙胺-磷酸(25:75:1:1)为流动相,在271 nm检测波长的条件下,分析广西邕宁、武鸣、靖西、平果、马山、昭平、大新、那坡、扶绥、龙虎山,共10个不同产地的两面针药材中氯化两面针碱的含量。结果表明,广西区内10个不同产地的两面针药材样品中,氯化两面针碱的含量为0.36%~1.03%,含量差异比较大,其中以邕宁(1.03%)、靖西(0.71%)、马山(0.69%)、武鸣(0.67%)等地的含量较高,昭平(0.36%)、那坡(0.44%)等地的含量较低。该方法测定两面针中氯化两面针碱的平均回收率为97.55%,RSD为1.15%(n=6)。 |

Determined by RP-HPLC and Kromasil(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) column,using Acetonitrile-water-triethylamine-phosphoric acid(25:75:1:1) as mobile phase and UV detector wavelength is 271nm to analyze and compare the content of Nitidine chloride in Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.) DC.in 10 different growing areas of Guangxi including Yongning,Wuming,Jingxi,Pingguo,Mashan,Zhaoping,Daxin,Napo,Fusui and Longhushan.The result shows that in these 10 differnt growing areas,the content of Nitidine chloride in Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.) DC.is of great difference ranging between 0.36%~1.03%.The areas such as Yongning(1.03%),Jingxi(0.71%),Mashan(0.69%),Wuming(0.67%) are with higher content but the areas such as Zhaoping(0.36%),Napo(0.44%) are with lower content.In this way,it had been mensurated the average recovery was 97.55%,RSD=1.15%(n=6). |
