在对甲苯磺酸催化下,将α-蒎烯-马来酸酐加成物(TMA)与异辛醇反应,合成一种新型的类增塑剂物:α-蒎烯-马来二酸二异辛酯,并利用正交试验确立合成的最优工艺条件,用TLC、IR、MS、1H NMR分析方法对目标产物进行分析和表征。合成α-蒎烯-马来二酸二异辛酯的最优工艺条件为:TMA与异辛醇物质的量比是1:3.5,反应温度130℃,反应时间180min,催化剂用量1.0%(以TMA质量计)。反应的酯化率在93%以上,产率为90%以上。 |

Abstract: |
Di-2-ethylhey α-pinene-maleate, which may be a novel plasticizer, was synthesized by the reaction ofα-terpinene-maleic anhydride adduct (TMA)with 2-ethylhexanol in the presence of toluene-p-sulfonic acid as catalyst.The optimal conditions were obtained by using the orthogonal experimental design, the target product was analyzed and charactertized by means of TLC, IR, MS, 1H NMR methors.The optimal conditions were as follows:mol ar ratio of TMA to 2-ethulhexanol 1:3.5, reaction temperature 130℃, reaction time 180min, catalyst dosage 1.0% (based on the weight of TMA).The esterification rate amounted to 93% under the opimal conditions, the yield was above 90.3%. |
