四数九里香药材中补骨脂素的定性定量分析方法研究

摘要:
采用薄层色谱法对四数九里香药材中补骨脂素定性鉴别,高效液相色谱法测定补骨脂素含量,建立四数九里香中补骨脂素的定性定量分析方法。色谱柱为大连依力特C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水(52:48),流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长246 nm。结果表明,TLC斑点清晰,补骨脂素在0.06~0.36μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9992),平均回收率为101.6%,RSD为1.84% (n=6)。该方法准确、可靠,可以作为四数九里香药材的质量标准制定分析方法。

Abstract:
The qualitative and quantitative methods were established to estimate psoralen in Murraya tetraera Huang. Murraya tetraera Huang was identified by using TLC and the content of psoralen in the material was determined by HPLC.SinoChrom ODS-BP column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was adopted with methol-water (52:48) at the flow of 1.0 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 246 nm.The results showed that the TLC spots were clear, and the calibration curve of psoralen was linear within the range of 0.06~0.36μg, r=0.9992; the average recovery was 101.6% and RSD was 1.84%(n=6).The method is accuracy and reliable, and can be adopted as a standard for the quality control of Murraya tetraera Huang.
