| 摘要: |
| [目的]研究白背清风藤Sabia discolor Dunn的化学成分。[方法]采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20、制备液相等多种色谱技术进行化合物的分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。[结果]分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定它们为白桦脂醇(1),齐墩果酸(2),imberic acid(3),槲皮素(4),芦丁(5),5-氧阿朴菲碱(6),β-谷甾醇(7),β-胡萝卜苷(8)。[结论]所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] The chemical constituents of Sabia discolor Dunn were investigated.[Methods] Column chromatography, such as silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC were used to isolate and purify the compounds.Spectroscopic methods like MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR and physical constants were used to elucidate their structures.[Results] Eight compounds were isolated from 95%ethanol extracts of Sabia discolor Dunn, including betulin (1), oleanolic acid (2), imberic acid (3), quercetin (4), rutin (5), fuseine (6), β-sitosterol (7), β-daucosterol (8).[Conclusion] All of the compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time. |
