地枫皮化学成分与药理活性研究进展

摘要:
地枫皮(Illicium difengpi)是木兰科八角属植物,是广西石灰岩石山区的特有物种,其树皮为中国药典收录的中药品种。地枫皮含有的化学成分包括木脂素类、苯丙素类、萜类、黄酮类、酚类及挥发油等,具有抗炎、镇痛、抗氧化、抗病毒等多种药理活性。本文通过对地枫皮化学成分及其药理活性研究的分析与整理,提出今后深入研究的思路,为该特色资源的综合开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:
Illicium difengpi is an octagonal plant in the Magnoliaceae. It is an endemic species in the limestone mountainous area of Guangxi. Its bark is a Chinese medicine species included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.I.difengpi contains chemical constituents including lignans,phenylpropanoids,terpenes,flavonoids,phenols and volatile oils,which have various pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-oxidation and anti-virus.This paper analyzes and sorts out the research on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of I.difengpi,and puts forward the ideas for in-depth research in the future to provide references for the comprehensive development and utilization of this characteristic resource.
