福建新记录种全缘燕尾蕨的鉴定及其叶绿体基因组基本特征

摘要:
报道了全缘燕尾蕨(Cheiropleuria integrifolia(D. C. Eaton ex Hooker)M. Kato)在福建省莆田木兰溪省级保护区的分布,为福建省蕨类植物区系增加一新记录科——双扇蕨科(Dipteridaceae);文中提供了该种野外照片及局部特征,并对其生境进行了简要分析,凭证标本保存于福建师范大学植物标本馆(FNU)。基于rbcL基因构建的系统进化树分析发现燕尾蕨属与双扇蕨属聚为一支(BP/PP:100/1.00),全缘燕尾蕨与燕尾蕨聚为一小支(BP/PP: 100/1.00),且均为强支持。结合形态特征和分子鉴定结果,可判定该物种为全缘燕尾蕨。其叶绿体基因组大小为153,682 bp,含124个基因(31个tRNA基因,8个rRNA基因和85个蛋白质编码基因)。研究结果增加了双扇蕨科的叶绿体基因组数据,为后续研究提供科学依据。

Identification of a Newly Recorded Species of Cheiropleuria integrifolia in Fujian Province and Characterization of Its Complete Chloroplast Genome

Abstract:
We report the distribution of Cheiropleuria integrifolia (D. C. Eaton ex Hooker) M. Kato in the Putian Mulanxi Provincial Protected Area, Fujian Province, which contributes to the fern flora of Fujian Province by adding a new family, Dipteridaceae. In this study, we provide field photos and describe the local features of this species, while also analyzing its habitat briefly. The voucher specimen is preserved in the Herbarium of Fujian Normal University (FNU). In addition, phylogenetic analysis based on the rbcL gene reveals that Cheiropleuria and Dipteris clustered into one clade (BP/PP: 100/1.00), while C. integrifolia and C. bicuspis forming a smaller clade (BP/PP: 100/1.00), and all are strongly supported. Combined with the morphological characteristics and molecular identification results, this species can be determined to be the Cheiropleuria integrifolia. And the plastome of C. integrifolia was 153,682 bp in length, containing 124 genes (31 tRNA genes, 8 rRNA genes and 85 protein-coding genes). These findings not only contribute valuable chloroplast genomic data to the study of Dipteridaceae but also establish a scientific foundation for future investigations in this field.
