基于“生态-风险”双重视角下的广西边境城市生态综合网络构建及优化研究

摘要:
边境城市生态综合网络优化作为推进边境城市可持续性发展的关键途径,对保障区域生态系统稳定和维护国际生态安全具有重要的现实意义。从生态系统保护和生态风险防治两方面出发,选取广西边境城市为研究对象,识别生态源地和风险源地,构建“生态-风险”双重网络结构,进一步筛选生态保护修复关键区,提出生态综合网络构建路径和优化策略。研究结果表明: (1) 通过源地识别,提取15处生态源地和6处风险源地,两处源地分别占研究区总面积的38.76%和2.12%。(2) 基于广西边境城市各生态要素空间分布特征,构建生态综合网络。通过生态综合网络模拟构建69条生态廊道和14条风险廊道,筛选出12条一级生态廊道和4条一级风险廊道,提取22个保护节点、9个修复点和17个生态保护与修复节点。(3)依据生态综合网络结构,提出生态关键节点识别保护、补充生态源地、修复生态断裂点等生态网络保护修复优化策略,构建“两轴-两屏障-四区”的生态保护和修复格局,从而提升边境城市的综合效益。为边境城市生态网络优化和国际生态安全提供科学依据和实践经验。

Abstract:
As a critical way to promote the sustainable development of border cities, the optimal construction of comprehensive ecological network in border cities is of great practical significance to guarantee the stability of regional ecosystems and maintain international ecological security. From the perspective of ecosystem protection and ecological risk prevention and control, we selected Guangxi border cities as research objects, identified the dual network structure of “ecology-risk” and the key areas of ecological protection and restoration, and put forward the path of ecological integrated network construction and optimization strategy. The results of the study show that: (1) Through the identification of source areas, 15 ecological source areas and 6 risk source areas were extracted, which accounted for 38.76% and 2.12% of the total area of the study area, respectively. (2) Based on the spatial distribution characteristics of each ecological element in the border cities of Guangxi, an ecological integrated network was constructed. Sixty-nine ecological corridors and 14 risk corridors were constructed through the simulation of the ecological comprehensive network, 12 first-class ecological corridors and 4 first-class risk corridors were screened out, and 22 protection nodes, 9 restoration points and 17 ecological protection and restoration nodes were extracted. (3) Based on the comprehensive ecological network structure, the ecological network protection and restoration optimization strategies such as identification and protection of key ecological nodes, supplementing ecological sources, and repairing ecological breakpoints are proposed, and the ecological protection and restoration pattern of “two axes-two barriers-four districts” is constructed, so as to enhance the comprehensive benefits of the border city. It will provide scientific basis and practical experience for optimizing the ecological network of border cities and international ecological security.
