广西木兰科植物研究进展

摘要:
木兰科(Magnoliaceae)植物作为被子植物中现存较为原始的类群,在被子植物起源、发育和进化研究中具有重要的科学价值。广西地区的木兰科植物资源十分丰富,包含7属44种,且拥有多种珍稀特有植物。为深入了解广西木兰科植物的资源现状,本文通过系统查阅相关文献资料,综述了该科植物在广西地区的种质资源、地理分布、生境特征、分类系统、光合特性、遗传多样性、环境胁迫及繁殖技术等方面的研究进展。研究结果表明,广西木兰科植物的物种分布受地形和气候条件影响明显,不同物种在遗传多样性和环境适应性上表现出显著差异。尽管木兰科植物在园林观赏、药用等方面具有广泛的开发价值,但由于栖息地破碎化和人类活动的干扰,其资源保护形势较为严峻。基于现有研究,本文提出了加强广西木兰科植物资源监测、提升抗逆性基础研究、创新跨学科研究方法、构建环境互作分类模型以及融合量子传感与遥感技术等方面的建议,旨在为广西木兰科植物的资源保护和可持续利用提供科学依据。

Research Progress of Magnoliaceae Plants in Guangxi

Abstract:
Magnoliaceae, as a primitive group in angiosperms, has important scientific value in the study of the origin, development and evolution of angiosperms. Magnoliaceae plant resources in Guangxi are very rich, including 44 species of 7 genera, and has a variety of rare and endemic plants. In order to deeply understand the resource status of Magnoliaceae plants in Guangxi, this paper reviewed the research progress of germplasm resources, geographical distribution, habitat characteristics, classification system, photosynthetic characteristics, genetic diversity, environmental stress and reproductive technology of Magnoliaceae plants in Guangxi by systematically consulting relevant literature. The results showed that the species distribution of Magnoliaceae plants in Guangxi was significantly affected by topography and climatic conditions, and different species showed significant differences in genetic diversity and environmental adaptability. Although Magnoliaceae plants have a wide range of development value in garden viewing and medicinal use, due to habitat fragmentation and interference of human activities, their resource protection situation is more severe. Based on the existing research, this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the monitoring of Magnoliaceae plant resources in Guangxi, improving the basic research of stress resistance, innovating interdisciplinary research methods, constructing the classification model of environmental interaction, and integrating quantum sensing and remote sensing technology, so as to provide scientific basis for the resource protection and sustainable utilization of Magnoliaceae plants in Guangxi.
