论害虫综合治理(IPM)中的容忍哲学

A DISCUSSION ON THE TOLERANT PHILOSOPHY IN INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT

容忍哲学"是IPM理论最具特色的基本概念,是害虫防治策略上的重大观念更新。从"消灭哲学"到"容忍哲学"的转变,是害虫防治策略上质的飞跃,是几千年害虫防治实践的历史必然;是生态学观点应用于害虫防治的必然;并且有着深刻的科学背景。"容忍哲学"的基本含义可以概括为:害虫综合治理是生态系统功能的一种整合作用。容忍无损大局;容忍有利于自然控制因子发挥作用;容忍有利于保护环境;容忍并不完全排斥消灭。

Abstract:

Tolerant philosophy is the most distinctive basic concept in the theory of IMP.It is a major renewal of sences in pest Insect Control.With a profound background of science,this change from eradicative philosophy to tolerant philosopny is a gualitative leap in controlling pest insect,is the inevitability in the practice of controlling pest insect for thousands of yeara and is the inevitability of ecological idea applying in controlling pest insect.The basic implication of tolerant philosophy can be summarized as follows:IPM is an integrative effect of ecosystems function.Tolerance does not matter much of the whole situation but beneficial for natural controlling factors to play tneir role and beneficial for protecting the environment.Tolertance does not mean the complete exclusion of eradication.
