摘要:

依据该乡自然、社会、经济条件,运用生态学、系统工程学理论和方法,对农林牧副渔发展的诸因素进行分析诊断,明确开发的指导思想,采用优化模型作出生态农业规划和分区。确定"狠抓粮食生产,充分发挥自然资源优势,大力发展林业以及以果树生产、畜禽饲养为主的种植、养殖业、抓好农村工副业,促进经济全面发展"的方针,并提出具有科学性和可行性实施规划的措施。

Abstract:

According to the conditions of nature, society and economy in Qiaotou Country and applying the theories and methods of ecology and systematic engineering, this paper analyses the factors which affect development of farming, forestry, animal husbandry, side-line occupations and fishery, makes clear the guide thought of developing this country, plans a porgram of ecological agriculture by using the technique of structure optimization, anddivides this country into different districts in order to develop them best. The policies which are determined in this paper are to take producing grain seriously, to give full play to the local natural superiority, to develop forestry, energetically, to develop farming which is main to grow fruits and breeding which is main to raise stock, to do side-line and farm industry best and to ensure an all-round economical development in this country. The paper also gives in the measures which are possible and scientific to be implemented in this country.
