在总结科技体制改革十年里我区计算机科研与应用工作的基础上,提出了在科技要有新的解放和大的发展的大环境中我区计算机事业再创辉煌的五点看法。

Abstract:

This paper summarized the research work and applications of computer in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region during the ten-year reform of science and technology administration system. Then, it put forward five suggestions about how to make more brilliant achievement in computer area under the environment that science and technology work needs new liberation and rapid development.
