阐述软科学研究的地位和作用、强调软科学研究要体现科学性、综合性、敏锐性和创新性,认为软科学工作要注意克服研究与应用相脱离的倾向,要注重基础、注重方法与手段、注重应用,才能提高研究水平,提高研究成果的质量,促使软科学确实为经济发展服务,为推进决策科学化服务。

Abstract:

This paper illustrates the status and role of research on soft science. It emphasises that research should reflect the scientific, synthetical,exquisite and creative features.The paper deems that research on soft science must cope with the inclination of seperating research from application and pay close attention to the basis,the method,and the means so as to advance the level and quality of research.It also actuates that soft science does serve economy and scientific decision-making.
