摘要:

结合国内外稀土资源在传统产业和高新技术产业方面应用开发的现状和前景,对广西稀土资源进行了分析,并提出先计划、后实施,有所为有所不为,同时以技术为先导,突出资源优势分步骤分阶段进行实施的战略设想。

Abstract:

The rare earth resources in Guangxi are reviewed combining present situation and application of rare earth in the traditional and hi-tech industries of the domestic and overseas. It is suggested that the utilization and development of Guangxi rare earth resources should be conducted by stages, and trace the following principles:make a whole plan before running; let something undone for getting others done; make use of advanced technologies; give prominence to the advantages of rare earth resources.
