信息技术与学科课程整合模式下小学信息技术师资的培养

摘要:
从信息技术教育角度,分析信息技术与学科课程整合的必然性。认为信息技术与学科课程整合模式在小学教育更便于实施,并且小学教育实施整合模式要求小学信息技术教师的职能重新进行定位。提出整合模式下小学信息技术师资的培养要更新教育理念,主动适应信息技术与学科课程整合模式下小学教学对师资的要求;要调整专业培养标准,改进师资培养的课程内容,实行分层次培养;要积极开展师范学校信息技术与学科课程整合教育改革实践;要加强在职教师的信息技能培训和整合教改指导。

Abstract:
The integration of information technology(IT) and other curriculums is necessary and easy to be carried out in the elementary school compared to the IT separated schooling.The IT teachers in the elementary schools are needed to be changed to meet the requirement.The renew of education idea,adjustment of training criterion,improvement of training subjects,multi-levels training,active instruction and practice of education reform are required.
