南宁市都市型农业发展初探

On the Development of Urban Agriculture in Nanning City

摘要:

分析南宁市发展都市型农业的优势条件和制约因素,认为南宁市的农业物质和科技装备水平明显提高,农村产业结构得到有效调整,农业产业化步伐不断加快,技术储备充裕,科技信息通畅,旅游观光农业已初见端倪,人民消费水平较大幅度提高,但是南宁市没有从根本上形成适度规模的区域化布局的现代农业发展格局,农业结构优化不够,农业社会化服务体系发展滞后,耕地资源匮乏,环境矛盾日趋严重。提出南宁市发展都市型农业首先要进行产业结构重组,合理规划,调整种植业和畜禽生产规模,实现多样化和多功能化;其次要调整产业组织,积极培育和扶持龙头企业,加大科技投入和推广力度,支撑和引导都市型农业发展;第三要调整农业空间布局,把外环路以内作为城市化生态农业区,城北区、江南区、武鸣县南部等地作为近郊生态休闲创汇农业区,鸣县北部、邕宁县大部、隆安县等地作为远郊综合农业区,空间上将表现出近、中、远郊结构功能渐次的格局。

Abstract:

The agriculture in Nanning city has been improved obviously in agriculture infrastructures, science and technology application and agriculture structure. Tourism agriculture has come out. But the agriculture zoning in scale has not formed. The service level to agriculture is behind. The farming land is shortage, and the environment problems are getting worse. The industrial structure of agriculture needs to reform, such as adjusting scales of farming and livestock to diversity and multifunction,supporting the front enterprises. The whole area of agriculture in Nanning city should be divided into three zones, the urban ecological zone, the area of inner ring road; outskirt ecological relaxation agriculture zone including Chengbei,Jiangnan and southern Wuming;and far off suburban synthetic agriculture zone including northern Wuming, most parts of Yongning and Long'an.
