| 在介绍电子文件中心基本功能的基础上,阐述电子文件中心的软件模型及运行环境。电子文件中心软件模型由文件报送、文件接收、文件发布等9个功能模块组成,运行环境为Windows系统平台,SQL Server为数据库管理系统,能够有效实现电子文件的采集和发布等管理。 |

| This paper describes the function of electronic documentary center and its software model and running environment.The software mode of the electronic document center consists of delivering,issuing,delivering and other 9 function models.Windows system platform being its running environment and SQL server being database management system,the system can be used to collect and issue electronic document. |
