云贵高原楚雄市区发展对人居环境的影响分析

摘要:

选取1999~2004年楚雄市区居住条件、城市生存环境质量和基础设施与公共服务设施水平3大类共23个单项评价指标,构建楚雄市区人居环境评价指标体系,采用加权求和的方法计算分析1999年以来楚雄市区的城市发展对人居环境造成的影响。结果显示,楚雄市区各项人居环境评价标准总体上得到较大的发展,但发展不均衡;1999~2004年楚雄市区人居环境总得分年平均增长率为4.98%,说明楚雄市区人居环境质量在逐渐"优化",但人居环境质量的增长速度比较缓慢,人居环境的发展暂时滞后于经济发展速度。建议通过树立新的城市发展观、搞好城市生态规划、发展特色产业、加强城市基础设施建设和优化城市用地结构等几个方面来进一步改善楚雄市人居环境的质量。

Abstract:

By collecting 23 individual evaluation indexes of three categories such as urban living conditions, the quality of urban living environment and infrastructure and public service facilities in Chuxiong from 1999 to 2004, the paper constructs the living environment evaluation index system, and analyzes the effect of the urban development of Chuxiong on human residental environments since 1999 by the weighting summation method. The result shows the living environment evaluation standards progresses greatly but unevenly as a whole. The annual growth rate of living environment total score is 4.98%, which shows that the quality of urban living environment is gradually optimized, but the growth rate is comparatively slow, and the living environment development lags behind economic development. Consequently, it is suggested that the quality of urban living environment should be improved by establishing a new concept of urban development, improving urban ecological planning, developing special industries, strengthening the construction of urban infrastructure facilities and optimizing the structure of urban land use, etc.
