萝芙木药材中总生物碱的含量测定方法研究

摘要:

用氯仿提取总生物碱,通过酸性染料比色法测定萝芙木药材中总生物碱含量。结果萝芙木生物碱在8.0~24.0μg具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9914),平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.65%。该方法简单,准确,可用于萝芙木药材的质量控制。

Abstract:

The total alkaloid in Radix Rauvolfiae Verticillatae was extracted by chloroform.The contents of the total alkaloid was calculated through the acidic dye color metric method.The result showed that:the calibration curve of total alkaloid in Radix Rauvolfiae Verticillatae was linear in the range from 8.0μg to 24.0μg and correlation cofficient was 0.9914.The average recovery was 100.1% and the RSD was 0.65%.This method was proved to be simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Radix Rauvolfiae Verticillatae.
