摘要:

长山列岛（以下简称长岛）是我国八大群岛之一，地处黄海、渤海交汇处，作为渤海门户，其生态环境保护和渔业经济发展的双赢具有十分重要的战略意义。在全球气候变化和人类活动影响的大背景下， 本综述以海洋环境保护与生态修复为出发点，围绕渔业资源管理与生态化水产养殖等问题，多层次、多维度探讨长岛渔业经济可持续发展的基本路径，并与全球其他类似区域的渔业发展对比分析，总结异同特征，综合考虑生态可持续性、社会价值和经济可行性，以期为长岛海域乃至渤海渔业提供一个可操作的管理框架，为推动我国海洋生态文明建设提供可借鉴的科学理论。

Abstract:

Changshan Archipelago (hereinafter referred to as Changdao) is one of the eight archipelagos in China. It is located at the confluence of the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea. As the portal of the Bohai Sea, the win-win situation of ecological environmental protection and fishery economic development is of very important strategic significance. In the context of global climate change and the impact of human activities, the marine environmental protection and ecological restoration were taken as the starting point, and the fishery resource management and ecological aquaculture and other issues were focused on to discuss the sustainable development of Changdao fishery economy in a multi-level and multi-dimensional manner. Meanwhile, the fishery development in other similar regions around the world were also compared and analyzed to summarize similarities and differences, and to comprehensively consider ecological sustainability, social value and economic feasibility. It is expected to provide an operable management framework for the fishery of Changdao and even the Bohai Sea, and provide scientific theories that can be used for reference in promoting the construction of marine ecological civilization in China.
