不同移栽时间对山豆根生长及有效成分的影响

摘要:
以山豆根2年生种子苗为试验材料,对不同移栽时间下山豆根进行大田试验,测定其农艺性状、有效成分含量,以期找出山豆根的最佳移栽时间。结果表明:(1)在河池地区,4月上旬,移栽的山豆根外部形态枝叶最茂盛,地下根部产量最高,为山豆根高产栽培的最佳移栽时间。(2)2年生山豆根含量茎>根>叶;不同移栽时间对山豆根不同部位中的苦参碱含量影响不大。(3)2年生氧化苦参碱含量茎>根>叶;4月份移栽的氧化苦参碱总量最高,与其它月移栽的有显著差异。

Effects of Different transplant time on the Growth and the Effective Constituent of Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep.

Abstract:
A field experiment was conducted on the 2-year-old seed seedlings of Sophora tonkinensis at different transplanting times to determine its agronomic characteristics and effective ingredient content, in order to find the optimal transplanting time for S. tonkinensis. The results showed that: (1) In the Hechi area, in early April, the external morphology of transplanted Sophora tonkinensis had the most lush branches and leaves, and the underground root yield was the highest, making it the best transplanting time for high-yield cultivation of S. tonkinensis. (2) The root content of 2-year-old S. tonkinensis is stem>root>leaf; different transplanting times have little effect on the content of matrine in different parts of S. tonkinensis. (3) The content of 2-year-old oxymatrine in stems>roots>leaves; The total amount of oxymatrine transplanted in April was the highest, with a significant difference compared to those transplanted in other months.
