| 探究走马胎(Ardisia gigantifolia)苗木质量分级标准,可为繁育走马胎优质种苗和规范化生产奠定基础。本研究以2年生走马胎300株种子苗和110株扦插苗为材料,通过测定走马胎的株高、冠幅、地径、叶片数、根长、根粗、地上部鲜重和地下部鲜重,运用主成分分析、K-均值聚类分析等方法对其种苗进行质量分级标准分类。结果表明:(1)走马胎种子苗质量分级标准为一级种苗株高>52.00 cm,地径>9.45 cm,冠幅>34.83 mm,叶片数>5.00张;二级种苗株高>37.00-52.00 cm,地径>7.45-9.45 mm,冠幅>28.31-34.83 mm,叶片数>4.00-5.00张;三级种苗株高20.00-37.00 cm,地径5.73-7.45 cm,冠幅22.37-28.31 mm,叶片数3.00-4.00张。(2)走马胎扦插苗质量分级标准为一级种苗株高>57.00 cm,地径>9.92 cm,冠幅>38.48 mm,叶片数>10.00张;二级种苗株高>41.00-57.00 cm,地径>8.18-9.92 cm,冠幅>31.68-38.48 mm,叶片数>8.00-10.00张;三级种苗株高24.00-41.00 cm,地径5.76-8.18 cm,冠幅19.53-31.68 mm,叶片数5.00-8.00张。研究结果可为走马胎种苗生产质量控制及资源保护提供技术支撑,同时为其他重点保护野生植物分级研究提供参考依据。 |

| To explore the quality grading standard of Ardisia gigantifolia seedlings can lay a foundation for propagating high-quality A.gigantifolia seedlings and standardized production.In this study,300 seed seedlings and 110 cutting seedlings of 2-year-old A.gigantifolia were used as materials.The plant height,crown width,ground diameter,leaf number,root length,root diameter,fresh weight above ground and fresh weight under ground of A.gigantifolia were measured.Principal component analysis and K-means cluster analysis were used to classify the quality grading standards of the seedlings.The results showed that: (1) The seed seedling standards of A.gigantifolia were follows.The plant height,ground diameter,crown width and leaf number of grade Ⅰ seedlings was >52.00 cm,>9.45 cm,>34.83 mm,>5.00,respectively.The plant height,ground diameter,crown width and leaf number of grade Ⅱ seedlings was>37.00-52.00 cm,>7.45-9.45 mm,>28.31-34.83 mm,>4.00-5.00,respectively.The plant height,ground diameter,crown width and leaf number of grade Ⅲ seedlings was 20.00-37.00 cm,5.73-7.45 cm,22.37-28.31 mm,3.00-4.00,respectively.(2) The cutting seedling standards of A.gigantifolia were as follows: the plant height,ground diameter,crown width and leaf number of grade Ⅰ seedlings was>57.00 cm,>9.92 cm,>38.48 mm,>10.00,respectively.The plant height,ground diameter,crown width and leaf number of grade Ⅱ seedlings was>41.00-57.00 cm,>8.18-9.92 cm,>31.68-38.48 mm,>8.00-10.00,respectively.The plant height,ground diameter,crown width and leaf number of grade Ⅲ seedlings was 24.00-41.00 cm,5.76-8.18 cm,19.53-31.68 mm,5.00-8.00,respectively.The results of this study can provide technical support for the production quality control and resource protection of A.gigantifolia seedlings,and provide reference for the grading study of other key protected wild plants. |
