涠洲岛珊瑚礁区隐居软体动物多样性

摘要:
珊瑚礁体结构中隐藏着大部分珊瑚礁生物,其中软体动物是重要的组成部分之一,它们对珊瑚礁生物群落结构和功能有着至关重要的作用。为了解涠洲岛珊瑚礁区隐居软体动物的种类组成,本研究采用标准化自主珊瑚礁监测结构(Autonomous Reef Monitoring Structures, ARMS)对涠洲岛珊瑚礁区的隐居软体动物进行收集和分析。ARMS分别被放置在涠洲岛西南部、北部和东部海底,3年后取回,从ARMS中分类鉴定出隐居软体动物53种,分别隶属于多板纲2科2属2种,腹足纲21科26属33种,双壳纲11科15属18种;其中有18种为空壳,分别隶属于腹足纲9科11属15种和双壳纲2科2属3种。优势种为豆荚钳蛤(Isognomon legumen),其次为粗糙真蹄螺(Euchelus scaber)、头巾牡蛎(Booneostrea subucula)和布纹蚶(Barbatia decussata)。物种多样性指数(H′),丰富度指数(d)和均匀度指数(J′)分别为3.51、9.59和0.99。本研究初步获得了涠洲岛珊瑚礁区隐居软体动物的种类组成和多样性,丰富了该海域的底栖生物数据,可为涠洲岛的珊瑚礁生态监测和保护提供数据来源。

Biodiversity of cryptic mollusk in the coral reef of the Weizhou Island

Abstract:
The bulk of reef-organisms reside within the reef framework, and the mollusk is fundamentally important for the whole assemblages, which can make a difference to the community structure and function. To understand the species composition of cryptic mollusk in the coral reefs of Weizhou Island, this study was conducted by employing ARMS as a standardized monitoring procedure to collect and analyze the mollusk species in Weizhou Island. The ARMS units were deployed in the southwest, the north and the east of the Weizhou Island for about three years. Fifty-three species of mollusks were obtained from three ARMS units, which were belonging to 2 families, 2 genera, 2 species of Polyplacophora, 21 families, 26 genera, 33 species of Gastropoda, and 11 families, 15 genera, 18 species of Bivalvia, respectively. Among them, eighteen species with empty shells were belonging to 9 families, 11 genera, 15 species of Gastropoda, and 2 families, 2 genera, 3 species of Bivalvia, respectively. The dominant species was Isognomon legumen, followed by Euchelus scaber, Booneostrea subucula, and Barbatia decussata. Shannon-Wiener index (H’), Margalef index (d) and Pielou index (J’) of specimens were 3.51, 9.59 and 0.99. The species composition and biodiversity of crypto-mollusk at the reefs in Weizhou Island have been preliminarily obtained in this study, which can enrich the benthic data and provide information source for coral reef monitoring and protection.
