防城季节性雨林鹅掌柴群落优势种群空间异质性的地统计学分析

摘要:
空间异质性研究对认识不同空间尺度上的植物群落结构、功能和过程具有重要的理论意义。以防城季节性雨林鹅掌柴群落鹅掌柴(Heptapleurum heptaphyllum)、肉实树(Sarcosperma laurinum)、银柴(Aporosa dioica)、黄椿木姜子(Litsea variabilis)、罗伞树(Ardisia quinquegona)和九节(Psychotria asiatica)6个优势种群为研究对象,采用地统计学方法对各种群的空间异质性进行分析。结果表明:(1)各种群都呈集群分布,其空间异质性的程度、组成、尺度和格局存在着明显的差异;(2)鹅掌柴、肉实树、银柴和黄椿木姜子种群半方差函数符合指数模型,罗伞树和九节种群符合直线模型;(3)鹅掌柴、银柴和黄椿木姜子的空间异质性由自相关因素和随机因素共同作用引起,而肉实树、罗伞树和九节的空间异质性主要由随机因素引起。研究结果将有助于定量和直观地了解种群的空间分布现状和发展趋势,为防城季节性雨林的有效保护管理提供理论基础。

Geostatistical analysis on spatial heterogeneity of dominant populations in Heptapleurum heptaphyllum community of Fangcheng seasonal rainforest

Abstract:
The study of spatial heterogeneity has important theoretical significance for understanding the structure, function, and processes of plant communities at different spatial scales. Six dominant populations of Heptapleurum heptaphyllum,Sarcosperma laurinum,Aporosa dioica,Litsea variabilis,Ardisia quinquegona and Psychotria asiatica in Heptapleurum heptaphyllum community of Fangcheng seasonal rainforest were choosed as the research objects,and the spatial heterogeneity of these populations was analyzed using geostatistical methods. The results showed that:(1) all the populations are distributed in clusters,and there are significant differences in the degree,composition,scale,and pattern of spatial heterogeneity among them. (2) the semi-variance functions of the populations of Heptapleurum heptaphyllum,Sarcosperma laurinum,Aporosa dioica and Litsea variabilis conform to exponential model, while those of Ardisia quinquegona and Psychotria asiatica conform to linear model. (3) The spatial heterogeneity of the populations of Heptapleurum heptaphyllum,Aporosa dioica and Litsea variabilis is caused by both autocorrelation and random factors, while that of the populations of Sarcosperma laurinum,Ardisia quinquegona and Psychotria asiatica caused mainly by autocorrelation factors.The research results will help to quantitatively and intuitively understand the spatial distribution status and development trends of populations,providing a theoretical basis for effective protection and management of Fangcheng seasonal rainforests.
