用氢溴酸东莨菪碱-四苯硼离子缔合物为电活性物质,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,研制成PVC为基质膜的东莨菪碱离子选择性电极。东莨菪碱浓度在1.0×10-4 mol/L~1.0×10-2 mol/L时,电极电位服从能斯特方程式,响应斜率为59.07mV/△pc,检测下限为7.94×10-5 mol/L,对东莨菪碱的回收率为97.9%~109.2%,变异系数为0.45%。本文考察了电极的各种性能,测定了20种常见离子选择性系数。方法用于实际样品中东莨菪碱的测定,与药典标准方法比较,相对误差2.82%,结果满意。 |

Preparation of a scopolamine hydromide ion-seletive electrode based on PVC membrane was conducted using scopolamine hydrobromide-TPB as its electroactive substance and dibutyl phthalate as the plasticizer. The electrode exhibits nernstian response covering the range 10-4 mol/L to 10-2 mol/L scopolamine hydrobromide. Its Nernst factor is 59.0697mV/△pc and limits of detection is 7.94×10-5 mol/L and the recovery of scopolamine hydrobromide is 97.9% to 109.2%, RSD 0.45%.The selective coefficients of 20 common ions were also determined for testing the characteristics of the electrode.This method was used to determine scopolamine sample solution,and had satisfactory results comparing with the normal method and the relative error is 2.82%. |
