用K15活性炭(直径0.5mm)对柠檬酸溶液进行脱色,测定在20℃、40℃、50℃不同时间下的吸光度,用Bangham方程的积分式进行拟合,得出3个温度下的吸附脱色动力学方程。根据微孔吸附扩散模型,求得液相有效扩散系数为1.98×10-12 m2/s。 |

Decoloring Process in Citric Acid Liquor |

Abstract: |
K15 active carbon in 0.5 mm diameter was used to decolor citric acid liquor.The absorbance of the solution in different time at 20℃,40℃,50℃ was measured. The kinetic equations of adsorption decoloring at three temperatures were obtained by fitting the experimental data with Bangham's integral equation. By adopting the micropore adsorption diffusion model,the effective diffusional coefficient was calculated as 1.98×10-12 m2/s. |
