摘要:

研究不同温度的水、赤霉素(GA₃)、双氧水(H₂O₂)和浓硫酸浸种处理对单性木兰(Kmeria septentrionalisDandy)种子萌发的影响。水温设室温下40℃、60℃、80℃,处理24h;赤霉素浓度有100mg/L、200mg/L、300mg/L,处理时间分为24h和48h;双氧水浓度有1%、3%、6%,处理时间为24h。每个处理均设3个重复,每个重复30粒种子。清水(约20℃)浸种处理为对照。结果表明:温水(40℃、60℃),GA₃(100mg/L、200mg/L、300mg/L)及H₂O₂(1%、3%)浸种处理均可促进单性木兰种子萌发,提高种子发芽率,其中以200mg/L GA₃处理48h效果最好,发芽率达61.1%。浓硫酸和80℃的热水浸种处理会损伤种胚,抑制种子发芽。

Abstract:

The effect of different temperature water, GA₃, H₂O₂ and concentrated sulfuric acid treatments on the seed germination of Kmeria septentrionalis was investigated.In the experiment, seeds were immersed in 40℃, 60℃, 80℃ water for 24h, 100mg/L, 200mg/L, 300mg/L GA₃ for 24h and 48h, 1%, 3%, 6% H₂O₂ for 24h respectively.There were 3 repetitions for every treatment and 30 seeds for every repetition.Soaking seed with clear water (about 20℃)was used as the control.The results showed that:the treatments of 40℃ and 60℃ water, 100mg/L, 200mg/L and 300mg/L GA₃, 1% H₂O₂ and 3% H₂O₂ could enhance the germination of Kmeria septentrionalis seed, in which the treatments of 200 mg/L GA₃ for 48h was the best, and the germination percentage were 61.1%.High concentration sulfuric acid and 80℃ water would damage the embryo and restrain the germination of seed.
