苦丁茶药材有效成分动态积累研究

摘要:
[目的]研究不同月份苦丁茶(Ilex kudingcha.)药材中有效成分熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量变化的动态积累。[方法]采用反相高效液相色谱法测定熊果酸和齐墩果酸在苦丁茶药材中的含量。[结果]当年10月至次年2月份苦丁茶样品中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量分别为1.12%~1.47%及0.16%~0.21%,3~9月份样品中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量分别为0.87%~1.21%及0.13%~0.18%。[结论]苦丁茶药材的最佳采收期应为当年10月至次年2月份。

Abstract:
[Objective] The dynamic accumulation content of Ursolic acid and Oleanic acid was determined in different growth phases of Ilex kudingcha.[Methods] RP-HPLC was used to measure the content of Ursolic acid and Oleanic acid.[Results] The content of Ursolic acid and Oleanic acid from the samples in Oct-Feb is 1.12%~1.47% and 0.16%~0.21% while it is 0.87%~1.21% and 0.13%~0.18% in Mar-Sep.[Conclusion] The optimal harvest time of Ilex kudingcha is Oct-Feb.
