摘要: |
[目的]分析苦丁茶(Ilex kudincha C.J.Tseng)中熊果酸和齐墩果酸,并对不同部位、不同采收时间、不同产地的苦丁茶进行比较。[方法]采用原位预处理-薄层色谱法。[结果]熊果酸、齐墩果酸能够很好地被分离,可以同时被检识。[结论]苦丁茶中熊果酸含量较高,而齐墩果酸含量较低。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] Ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were analyzed in Ilex kudincha.[Methods] In situ pretreatment-TLC was adopted to determine the content of both ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Ilex kudincha, of which different parts, harvesting time and collected places were compared.[Results] The ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Ilex kudincha could be well separated and identified simultaneously.[Conclusion] In Ilex kudincha, the content of ursolic acid was higher and the content of oleanolic acid was lower. |
