中草药提取物体外止血效果评价模型

摘要:
[目的]建立体外综合止血评价模型,筛选止血效果良好的中草药。[方法]选择凝血酶时间(Thrombin time,TT)、血小板聚集率(Platelet aggregation rate,PAgR)和黏附率(Platelet adhesion rate,PAdR)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ(Anti-thrombin Ⅲ activity,AT-Ⅲ)活性、血浆复钙时间(Recovery calcium time,RT)、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、最低杀菌浓度(MBC)7项指标,应用层次分析法建立分析评价模型,对侧柏叶、三七、两面针、止血环酸进行体外止血活性评价,并通过小鼠出血与凝血实验验证模型的可行性。[结果]模型分析表明止血效果好的为侧柏叶、三七、止血环酸;效果较好的为两面针;效果差的为生理盐水。模型分析结果与动物实验结果相吻合。[结论]该模型对中草药止血效果评价方法的建立有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:
[Objective] To establish a comprehensive evaluation model for the selection of the hemostatic activity of herb.[Methods] Thrombin time, platelet aggregation rate and the adhesion rate, anti-thrombin Ⅲ activity and plasma recovery calcium time, minimum inhibitory concentration, minimum bactericidal concentrations were tested for evaluation of in vitro hemostatic activity.Analytic hierarchy process was used to establish the evaluation system of hemostasis in vitro, and the feasibility of the model is verified by the experiment of hemorrhage and coagulation of mice.[Results] The model analysis showed that the hemostatic effect was good for Platycladus orientalis leaf, Panax notoginseng, tranexamic acid;better for Radix zanthoxyli;poor for physiological saline.The results were consistent with the experimental results of the animals.[Conclusion] The model has a certain reference value for the establishment of the evaluation method of herbal hemostasis.
