| Enteromorpha prolifera is a kind of large green algae, and China is rich in E.prolifera resources.This article introduces the nutritional value and medicinal value of E.prolifera.The application of E.prolifera and its deep processing products in food,medicine,feed and new energy is summarized.At the same time,the broad application is also prospected to provide reference for the further development and utilization of E.prolifera resources. |
