广西石山地区综合治理与开发总体设计的动态仿真研究

THE DYNAMIC SCIMULATION RESEARCH ON THE GENERAL DESIGN OF GUANGXI KARST REGION COMPREHENSIVE HARNESS AND DEVELOPMENT

摘要:

本文通过对石山地区现实社会经济系统和外在环境条件的分析,根据综合治理与开发战略目标集的构成内容和数量特性,建立动态仿真模型,利用模型的重复进行作各种政策的实验,得出多种方案,从而为制定石山地区各项社会经济政策,如投资政策、产业政策、科技教育政策、人口政策等提供科学依据。
由于利用模型对现实系统的变动过程进行模拟,更为清晰地展示石山地区社会经济生态发展演变的动态,以帮助我们对石山地区未来的种种可能状态求得一个较为完整的认识。

Abstract:

Through the analysis on Karst region present social system and external envionment condition,based on composion of goal and quantity characteristics of comprehensive harness and development this paper sets up dynamic simulation model. Running this model repeatedly,we make te experiments on various policier and achieve many schemes,thus provide scientific basis for making various social economic policies of karst region,such as:investment policy, industrial policy, science,technology and education policy and population policy etc.
By using the model to simulate the changeable process of present system it is more clear to display the new dynamic on the development and evolution of karst region society,economy and eco-environment,so as to help us to get a rather complete understanding on various future possible statse on karst region.
