科学技术进步奖评审“方法”刍议

A PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION ON THE “WAY” OF DECIDING ON SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ADVANCED AWARD

摘要:

为完善科技成果评奖工作"方法",提高评奖的科学性,准确性和公正性,几年来,我们在科技进步奖的评审"方法"上不断进行了一些改革探索,通过几年的实践,取得了比较满意的效果,得到社会各方面的好评。本文主要就我们采用"通迅评审与会议评审相结合"的方法进行评奖的效果、问题以及进一步改进完善这一"方法"的措施意见作一分析介绍。

Abstract:

In order to perfect the way of deciding on Science and Technology Advanced Award,improve its science,accuracy and impartiality nature,resent years we carry out some reforms on the "way" of deciding on award. Through several years practice,we get satisfactory achievement and gain the favorable opinion from every aspect of society.This paper analyses the result and problems result from the method of connecting communication deciding and meeting deciding.Also in this paper,the authors introduce the method of perfecting this "way".
