开发西南区域自然资源发展经济的若干对策

摘要:

本文研究了西南区域的自然资源优势,开发的现状与问题,提出开发利用各种生物资源的十大经济联合体及其生产基地。论证了以重庆、成都、昆明、贵阳、柳州、南宁六大城市为依托,带动农村,首先发展农业及其对策,以及桂东南在全区域经济发展中的战略地位,提出加快建设,促进经济全面发展的对策。

Abstract:

In this paper the authors expound the superiority of the natural resources,the present situation and problem of development in the southwest China, propose setting up ten economical unities of expoliting various organism resources and their producing bases, demonstrate tactics that pull rural economy and develop agriculture first depending on sixcities such as Chongqing Chengdu, Kunming, Guiyang, Liuzhou and Nanning etc, the strategical position of economical development of the southwest part of Guangxi in the whole area, put forward some tactics of Guikening economecal construction and promoting over-all economy development.
