| 桂平市城镇体系中心局面单一,未能形成不同层次的城镇体系,城镇数量多、密度大,各镇职能类似,基础设施薄弱,工业化进程缓慢;城镇积聚能力差,水平低。桂平市城镇化发展应强调,优先发展城区,以城区为核心,次一级中心城镇为纽带,一般城镇为基础,逐步建立规模适度、布局合理、整体功能完备的城镇体系。 |

| Abstract: |
| Guiping of Guangxi has such a simple center without multilayered town system,what's more it has many towns with similar function,weak infrastructure,slow industrialization progress,poor acuumulation capacity with low level. The development of towns in Guiping shall give first prority to develop downtown,gradually build a complete town system with suitable scale,rational lay-out. |
