| 摘要: |
| 定量分析1994~2004年广西信息技术制造业的总产值和增加值、经济效益、进出口、产品结构、产出结构、行业结构的相关数据,认为广西信息技术制造业经过多年的发展虽初具规模,但是还存在产业规模较小,引资和投资的力度不够,管理和人才资源开发利用不够,缺少良好的经济体制等问题。建议从有选择的发展信息技术制造业,探索实现多种经济所有制实现形式,建立多元化投资体系,加强人才的培养和引进工作,加大招商引资力度,加强两广合作等几个方面大力发展广西的信息技术制造业。 |

| By quantitatively analyzing relevant data of the 1994~2004 information technology manufacturing industry of Guangxi in terms of GDP,added value,economic efficiency,import and export scale,product structure,output structure, industry structure the author holds the view that Guangxi information technology manufacturing industry begins to take shape through years of development,but still sees many problems such as smaller industry scale,insufficient attracting investment and investment,inadequate management and human resource development,the lack of a sound economic system,and so on.It is suggested in this article that Guangxi should selectively develop information technology manufacturing industry,explore forms of diversified economic system of ownership,establish multiplication investment system,strengthen the training and introduction of human resource,increase attracting investment and investment,and strengthen Guangdong-Guangxi cooperation. |
