阐述高速公路运营管理进行成本控制的必要性,分析高速公路运营管理产生不必要成本的原因,并相应提出一些减少高速公路运营管理中不必要成本的对策和措施。

Abstract:

The necessity of the costs control in expressway operation and management were introduced. The reasons of the unnecessary costs generating in expressway operation and management were analyzed, and then the corresponding countermeasures for reducing these unnecessary costs were proposed.
