| 摘要: |
| 分析广西农产品质量安全监管工作现状,认为广西农产品质量安全监管工作仍存在体系不够健全、部分地方农产品质量问题依然突出、部分市县的农产品安全检测监测条件有限、农产品质量安全认证与品牌培育工作滞后等问题。建议通过加强工作体系、标准体系、检测体系和认证体系建设,加强农业标准化生产、农业投入品监管、产品安全监测、农产品安全追溯监管、标志标识鉴别监管和技术服务等能力建设,落实组织保障等措施,全面提升广西农产品质量安全监管水平,确保农产品安全生产和放心消费。 |

| Through analyzing the status of Guangxi agricultural products quality-safety supervision, the current problems of Guangxi agricultural products quality-safety supervision are the unsound supervision system,the prominent problems on the quality of some local farm products, the restricted conditions on monitoring the quality-safety of agricultural products in some cities and counties, the quality-safety certification of agricultural products and the brand development work lagged behind.In order to comprehensively improve the supervision level of the quality-safety of agricultural products in Guangxi, ensure the safety of farm produce during production and confidencely consumer, the systems-construction, such as marking system, standard system, test system and certification system, agricultural standardization production, agricultural inputs regulatory, product safety monitoring, safety of agricultural products retrospective supervision, ID monitoring and technology services must be strengthed and the measures for organization guarantee plan must be carried out. |
