淀粉纳米粒的制备方法及应用研究概述

摘要:
淀粉纳米粒的制备方法有酸水解法、机械法、沉淀法、细乳液法和微乳液法,其中沉淀法具有简单易行、低耗能、对设备要求较低等突出优点。淀粉纳米粒已经可以应用作为填充剂、药物载体和乳化剂,随着研究的深入,淀粉纳米粒将会在其他领域发挥更为重要的作用。

Abstract:
In this paper, different preparation methods of starch nanoparticles, including acid hydrolysis method, mechanical method,precipitation method,miniemulsion method and microemulsion method were summarized. Within these methods, precipitation method showed its obvious advantages such as simpleness, low energy consumption, low equipment requirement, and etc. The application of starch nanoparticles as filler, drug carrier and emulsifier were also introduced. With the development of relevant research, starch nanoparticles will play a more important role in other areas.
