海洋细菌中活性次生代谢产物研究进展

摘要:
基于文献检索,概述了海洋细菌中活性次生代谢产物研究进展。通过对比,发现广西目前仅处于海洋微生物菌株分离层面,在海洋细菌次生代谢产物研究层面报道很少,并提出加强海洋细菌中活性次生代谢产物研究为今后主要的方向。

Abstract:
Based on literature research, the progress on bioactivity of secondary metabolites produced by marine bacterium, mainly about the antimicrobial activity and the apoptotic effect on cancer cells, was reviewed. It was found that in Guangxi the researches mainly focused on marine bacterium isolation and rarely on secondary metabolite of the marine bacterium. In addition, the future research directions for secondary metabolites of marine bacterium in Guangxi are proposed.
