| 对38例子宫肌瘤进行RU486治疗及随访观察,其中19例采用RU486,25mg/d,从月经周期第1~3天开始,连续3个月;另19例仅随访观察,进行本研究时及3个月后分别进行B超测量子宫及子宫肌瘤大小及测定激素水平。结果:治疗组用药3个月后子宫大小缩小了10.38%,子宫肌瘤缩小了38.67%,与治疗前及观察组的子宫大小及子宫肌瘤大小相比有明显差异(P<0.001)。最大径线的肌瘤在3cm以内,56.25%患者肌瘤消失。RU486能使血内E2水平下降。表明,RU486能有效地治疗子宫肌瘤,尤其适用于年轻未生育过患者、绝经前期患者以及肌瘤稍小患者。 |

| 38cases with uterine leiomyoma were cured and in follow-up survey. 19 of them were treated with RU486, taking 25 mg/d for 3 months,beginning at the 1st to 3nd day of the menstrual cycle, the others were just observed. Sizes of leiomyoma and uterus were measured with ultrasonography and hormone levels were detected before treatment (as baseline) and 3 months later. After 3 months of RU486 treatment,the uterine size decreased by 10.38%, and the leiomyoma size decreased by 38.67%, 56.25% small leiomyoma (maximum diameter<3 cm) vanished. There was significant difference (P<0.001) in the size of leiomyoma and uterus between before and after treatment in treatment group,and between treatment group and observation group, It suggests that RU486 is an effective drug for uterine leiomyoma, especially suitable for younger nulliparas, perimenopausal patients and patients with small uterine leiomyoma (maximum diameter<3 cm). |
