摘要:

为制定中国中年女性全血比粘度参考值(Ŷ)的统一标准提供科学依据,收集中国各地用毛细管法测定的健康中年女性(26~45岁)全血比粘度参考值,探讨其与海拔高度(x₁)、北纬度数(x₂)、年平均相对湿度(x₃)、年平均气温(x₄)和年降水量(x₅)的关系,发现x₁是影响中年女性ŷ的最主要因素,相关性很显著(F=211.43,>F_0.01)。用逐步回归方法导出一个回归方程Ŷ=4.15+0.000503x₁-0.0240x₄±0.86。以海拔高度为主要依据,参考其他地理因素及人口密度,把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区、东北区等6个区。

Abstract:

In order to supply a basis for making out a standard to reference value of whole blood specific viscosity (Ŷ) for Chinese adult women, The data of Ŷ from the adult women aging 26 to 45 throughout China by capillary analysis was collected. The relationship between the Ŷ and elevation above sea(x₁), altitude(x₂),annual mean relative humidity(x₃),annual mean air temperature(x₄) and annual rainfall(x₅) was studied. It was found that altitude is the main factor affecting the Ŷ, with the significant correlation(F=211.43>F0.01). The regression equation,Ŷ=4.15+0.000503 x₁-0.024 x₄±0.86, was developed by the regression analysis.Based on the altitude combining other geographical factors and population distribution, China could be divided into six regions of Qingzang, Southwest, Northwest, Southeast, North and Northeast.
