应用聚合酶链反应检测环境污水脊髓灰质炎病毒的研究

摘要:
用聚合酶链反应(P C R)技术检测5个市县15份环境污水中肠道病毒,其中11份阳性,与细胞中和试验鉴定阳性结果符合率90.90%~100%。该法不仅简单、敏感、特异分型,而且可作型内鉴别,使细胞中和试验分型和T特征型内鉴别所需14 d缩短到2 d,为环境样品中脊髓灰质炎病毒污染提供了检测手段。

Abstract:
RT-PCR was used to detect the poliovirus in wastewater from 15 samples(3 samples each spot) of five cities or counties in Guangxi.The 11 out of 15 samples were positive. The result comparison between PCR and NT showed a coincidence rate at 90.90% to 100%. It suggests that RT-PCR is a simple, sensitive, with good identification of type, and could be used for intra-typical differentiation of poliovirus strain. The test time decreased to 2 d from 14d compared to the cell neutralization test and the intra-typical differentiation of T-character. It is a measure for detecting poliovirus in the environment.
